Christ, what I wouldn't give for a halfway decent Bollywood movie right now. It's funny, I used to absolutely hate them - my parents had movie nights when I was a kid, and every time they brought out something with Amitabh Bachchan on the cover I would leave the room in protest - but looking back, I think I didn't give them enough credit. Maybe it's just the nostalgia talking. I mean, most of my childhood seems a lot rosier now that there's no chance of going back and revisiting it, I don't see why the movies I couldn't stand back then would be any different. I'd probably be thrilled to have the Talk with my mother again, too.
Still, if anybody's been hiding a copy of Shakti on their iPod or something, I'd love to hear about it.
